Warranty & Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All of our products are covered by at least a one-month warranty.

Returns (if applicable)

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at for further instructions. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returns that are sent back directly without prior authorization. Please reach out to us before sending anything back.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our customer service team to process your return request.
  • Refunds will be issued to your account after the return is received and inspected, typically within 7-10 business days.

Note

Original shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable. If the value of your return exceeds $40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Delivery Address Guidelines

  • P.O. Box Restrictions: We cannot ship the auto heat press machine to P.O. Box addresses. A physical home address is required.
  • Warehouses and Shipment: We have distribution centers located in New Jersey and Los Angeles. Shipments will be processed based on inventory levels and the delivery address provided.
  • Order and Address Verification: Please verify both your order details and shipping address before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.
  • Address Changes and Cancellations: If you need to modify the delivery address or cancel your order, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
